This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on the Brandefend website and customer portal. We keep them to the minimum: we use no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them in our cookie banner; until then, Google Analytics does not load.

Analytics without cookies
We measure page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, local storage, or fingerprinting, and does not track you across websites.
Analytics cookies (only with your consent)
If you accept analytics cookies, we load Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to understand how the website is used. They are never loaded on the customer portal.

Google acts as our service provider and may process this data in the United States. We use Google Consent Mode: until you accept, analytics storage is denied and no analytics cookie is set.
Your choices
You can accept or reject analytics cookies in the banner and change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page; if you withdraw consent, we stop loading Google Analytics and you can delete its cookies in your browser. Rejecting them does not change how the site works. Strictly necessary technologies cannot be switched off, because the site and the portal do not work securely without them. You can delete the lang cookie at any time in your browser; the site will then use your browser's language, or English. Your browser also lets you block cookies, but the portal will not let you sign in without its session cookie.
